Shipping & Returns Policy

Blue Rochelle llc ships within the United States using USPS. Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days after purchase. Once shipped, the delivery window for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 5 business days, USPS Express is overnight,  Email hello@bluerochlle.com to request expedited shipping (additional fees may apply).

Return Policy – 

We want you to love your jewelry & hand crafted pieces! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do let us know. We can provide store credit, a refund or work with you on an exchange for items - returned within 10 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging.  After 10 days of purchase, items are not eligible for returns or store credit.

Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit unless explicitly stated by Blue Rochelle llc These items include one-of-a-kind and custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

 

Please note: 
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide a shipping label for returns.
- Blue Rochelle llc does not provide refunds for initial shipping costs.
- Blue Rochelle does not offer discounts, returns, or exchanges on custom pieces. 

Jewelry Repair Policy

At Blue Rochelle, we’re happy to assist with repairing your jewelry to ensure it continues to shine for years to come.

Repair Fees

  • Within Two Years of Purchase: A flat fee of $10, plus shipping, applies to simple repairs.

  • After Two Years or for Complex Repairs: Fees are determined case-by-case, based on the complexity, materials, and labor involved.

Note: We will always contact you for approval before proceeding with any repair that exceeds the standard fee.

Repair Timeline

  • Typical turnaround time is 3–4 weeks from the time we receive your item.

Lost or Stolen Items

Unfortunately, Blue Rochelle is not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, whether in transit or after delivery, or while in your possession. Responsibly for the item remains with the customer until the return is received and inspected by our team.
